BEWARE UPDATE May 2025: This placed was temporarily shut down by the health department. I checked the score online. I’m no longer a patron....they had dead mice among other things. It’s back open but I pass it daily with disappointment. Best crab rangoon in the city. The food and drinks are great. I’ve been going here 10 years, their service has always been great. I value restaurants that can be consistent throughout the years. Btw, they have a buffet available on some holidays.

A great place to eat. Delicious food everytime I go there. Good service and patient staff. Very clean. Bathroom on site. They also have good drinks, please get refills if you want. Bar on site. Remember it is a restaurant not a fast food, so you have to wait for your food after you order. Or order from your house and pick up at the location.
My spicy fries were fresh spicy and crisp as well as the spicy wings! The fried was was delicious as well . Its never a hit or a miss with this places. Every trip is a hit. People tend to compare golden Phoenix and china Phoenix. If you want the best golden Phoenix is it

Homey place for a family chinese restaurant. Food prepared with style and great visual appeal. I came in for light bite with first time friend who raves about the egg drop soup. Pu pu platter was really tasty! Small soup is single serving bowl, large is shareable for sure!!
Update: We stopped eating here months ago. The chicken wasn't fresh this time and it was undercooked. The food was delicious, tasted fresh and the rice had flavor. Shrimp toast was good and crunchy. The drinks were generously poured. Our bill was not expensive for the portions we ordered. Tastes way better than China Phoenix on Refugee Rd () So far this is the best Chinese food we've had in 4 years.
We ordered take out so we can't rate the atmosphere. My husband had wor sue gai and I had spicy lo mein with chicken. Generous serving size and best we've had in years. We used to eat here years ago but somehow forgot about this place. That won't happen again. The food is delightful, awesome, and priced fairly!!!!
